[UPDATE] Service has returned to normal. If you are still experiencing issues with your server, please open a support ticket. An electrical problem at the Frankfurt datacenter is creating downtime for some users: some servers in this location are currently unavailable. We will keep you posted on any further updates. [Maintenance] Network maintenance in Amsterdam

As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about an upcoming network infrastructure maintenance. We will expand the hardware capacity on one of our border routers in Amsterdam data center. Date: May 15, 2020 Time: 06:30 (IST+05:30) - 12:30 (IST+05:30) The expected maintenance window will be 6 hours. Because the routers are part of a redundant setup, there will be no service interruption to your infrastructure during the maintenance. The traffic will be moved away from the affected router prior to any changes. However you might experience a brief moment of minimal higher latency or packet loss. Our engineers will be available during and after the maintenance should any issues arise.

[Maintenance] Scheduled maintenance in Paris

A scheduled maintenance is planned in Paris to optimize and upgrade our infrastructure. As a result servers will lose their public network connectivity as our router is being upgraded, but private network connectivity will still be functional. Public network will be back online once the update is complete. (Start: February 18th, 2020 - 11:00 IST+5:30 - Duration : 90 minutes). Thank you for your cooperation, we remain available for any questions you may have.
