[Maintenance] Maintenance in Paris, FR

A maintenance of our infrastructure will take place in Paris on Tuesday, December 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (IST+05:30). During this maintenance access to the API and the control panel of dedicated servers in Paris will become unavailable. Servers will remain accessible during the maintenance. This maintenance aims to improve the stability and security of the infrastructure.

[Maintenance] Network maintenance in Amsterdam

As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about an upcoming network infrastructure maintenance. We will expand the hardware capacity on one of our border routers in Amsterdam data center. Date: May 15, 2020 Time: 06:30 (IST+05:30) - 12:30 (IST+05:30) The expected maintenance window will be 6 hours. Because the routers are part of a redundant setup, there will be no service interruption to your infrastructure during the maintenance. The traffic will be moved away from the affected router prior to any changes. However you might experience a brief moment of minimal higher latency or packet loss. Our engineers will be available during and after the maintenance should any issues arise.

[Maintenance] Scheduled maintenance in Paris

A scheduled maintenance is planned in Paris to optimize and upgrade our infrastructure. As a result servers will lose their public network connectivity as our router is being upgraded, but private network connectivity will still be functional. Public network will be back online once the update is complete. (Start: February 18th, 2020 - 11:00 IST+5:30 - Duration : 90 minutes). As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about an upcoming network infrastructure maintenance. We will increase the capacity on our internal edge routers and upgrade the software image to the vendor's recommended release version. The Network infrastructure maintenance will be carried out in 2 phases. Phase 1: October 24, 2019 between 17:30 and 09:30 IST - Phase 2: October 29, 2019 between 17:30 and 09:30 IST. Minimum impact is expected during the maintenance as the internal routers are part of a redundant setup, and we will upgrade one router at a time. You might experience packet loss briefly within Private Network and Remote Management network. Our engineers will be available during and after the maintenance should any issues arise.

As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about an upcoming network infrastructure maintenance. We will upgrade the software on our border router in Amsterdam data center. Servers in that region might be momentarily affected during the following date and time: Start 07:30 IST (GMT +05:30) 16th May 2019 - End 12:30 IST (GMT+05:30) 16th May 2019, The expected maintenance window will be 5 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding. Our engineers will be available during and after the maintenance should any issues arise.

[Maintenance] Possible network outage in Paris

CloudLinkd would like to announce the following network and power maintenance window in Paris, France: Start: June 28th, 2018 at 20:15 (IST) End: June 28th, 2018 at 23:45 (IST) This work is to replace pieces of network infrastructure that were identified as being faulty. As part of this maintenance the services you have may be shut down or become unavailable for up to 3 hours. The services should be considered at risk for the remainder of the maintenance window. Thank you for your cooperation, we remain available for any questions you may have. EDIT: Following the network upgrade, lots of servers has been triggered by our bruteforce detector.
